This service fee is a 20% share of the quarter’s wages (520 hours) that you only pay when you hire our candidate. This fee includes these items:

  • Advertising & sourcing candidates
  • Background/drug screening (as you require)
  • Coaching for the onsite interview (not employment coaching)
