We start with understanding your needs as the employer. While we prioritize these we also always look for reliability, keeping commitments, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adjust priorities in the candidates we provide you.

We strive to act as an extension of your team and create sourcing strategies to best mirror your best practices and policies. This could be incorporating screening surveys, asking specific questions, background & drug screening practices. We adjust our process to what you’re looking for.

We Source & Screen Talent
1. Finding Top Talent
After finding a good selection of top talent, we then roll up the most qualified candidates to you for interviews at your location. We also can do panel interviews, working interviews, or whatever you deem fit to make the right selection for the role. We act as an extension of your HR and hiring staff.
2. Screening Top Talent
Other than the intangibles we mentioned before, we make sure that we have a clear understanding of the role you’re looking to fill and the skills needed for it. We look at the following for potential candidates:

You Meet & Select Top Talent
1. Presentation Of Top Talent
We know that you don’t want to have to go through the entire talent pool. We’re flexible on our communication of top talent, whether you want to have a weekly cadence to discuss candidates we have interviewed or a simple email selected resumes with highlights from interviews we see as a potential fit.

3. Offer Given
Once you’ve decided on who you believe will be the best fit for the role you’re looking to fill, the offer can be sent to the candidate. Upon an accepted offer, we initiate a background check immediately.
Background Check Information:
1. We identify with you what types of results would be cause to revoke the offer.
2. We will review the results and either share a “CLEAR BACKGROUND” with you or communicate anything that might be a red flag.
3. Turnaround time can vary depending on how many states the candidate has lived in. Generally, we can have a background check completed within 24-48 hours.
